Shipping + Returns


PAYMENT

We accept payment from all major credit card companies and payments via Paypal.


SHIPPING

We currently ship to all destinations within Australia.  All orders are shipped using Australia Post and a tracking number is provided once order has been processed. All deliveries require a signature on delivery. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.


EXCHANGE + REFUND

An exchange or credit is provided for any change of mind on purchases with the product in its original condition and include all packaging with tags still attached. When an exchange is required, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. No refunds are issued unless of a fault in the product.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Domestic shipping will take between 4-8 business days via regular postage. Express postage is currently unavailable.
